In fact, one of the lead actors, Millicent Simmonds, is actually deaf in real life in addition to playing a deaf character on screen. 

A Quiet Place follows the Abbott family’s struggle to survive after a world-ending catastrophe that leaves strange alien creatures at the top of Earth’s food chain. The monsters hunt using sound, so every whisper and footstep in this horror thriller will leave you tense with anticipation. 

7. Kid-Friendly: Spy Kids (2001)
